VocaCare, Inc. (“VocaCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is located in California and provides services to users throughout the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our AI voice companion, VocaCircle features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from or about individuals in the United States who use the Services, including VocaCare members (“VocaMembers”) and their designated VocaCircle members.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third-party websites, apps, or services that may link to or integrate with the Services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information that is generated through your use of the Services, and certain information collected automatically.

2.1 Information You Provide

Account and contact information.

Name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, and related information you provide when you create or manage an account or communicate with us.

VocaCircle information.

Names and contact details (such as emails and phone numbers) of the individuals you designate as VocaCircle members.

Health tracking and wellness information.

Information you self-report during regularly scheduled calls, including symptoms, health observations, wellness concerns, and similar data; results of head-to-toe body scans; qualitative insights; and health or wellness trend reports generated from your ongoing interactions with your VocaCare AI companion.

Conversational data.

Audio and/or text transcripts, and other conversational content from your interactions with the VocaCare AI companion, collected so that the service can tailor conversations, remember context, and provide health and wellness trend insights for each individual user.

Customer support and communications.

Information you provide when you contact us for support, send us questions or feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

Usage information.

Dates and times of scheduled and completed calls, whether calls were answered or went unanswered, duration of calls, and records of notifications sent (for example, when and to whom notifications are sent after missed calls).

Device and technical information.

Internet protocol (IP) address, general location derived from IP (such as city or region), device type, operating system, browser type, and other technical identifiers associated with your access to the Services.

We may use cookies or similar technologies where applicable to support core functionality, security, and usage analytics. You can manage certain cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect how some features of the Services work.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services.

Conduct regularly scheduled calls with the VocaCare AI companion.

Enable wellness check-ins, memory-support features, and conversational interactions.

To generate health and wellness trend insights (if enabled).

Analyze self-reported information and conversational data to create trend reports, summaries, and qualitative insights for your personal use.

To personalize your experience.

Tailor conversations, prompts, reminders, and other interactions to your preferences, history, and needs.

To notify VocaCircle members (if enabled).

Send notifications to designated VocaCircle members when calls are missed or as otherwise configured by you, so they may check on your well-being.

To enable VocaCircle access (if authorized).

Provide authorized VocaCircle members with access to your health and wellness trend data and notification history, consistent with your preferences and permissions.

To communicate with you.

Send service-related messages, confirmations, updates, and responses to your inquiries.

To maintain security and integrity.

Monitor and protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; diagnose and fix technical issues.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not use your personal information for any third-party marketing, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 With Your VocaCircle Members

If you authorize it, we will share health and wellness trend data, missed-call notifications, and related information with your designated VocaCircle members. You control which VocaCircle members receive which notifications and what access they have to your data, and you may change or revoke those permissions at any time as described in Section 7.

4.2 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

Telecommunications carriers and SMS/email delivery providers.

Cloud hosting and data storage providers.

Technical support and security service providers.

These service providers are permitted to access personal information only as needed to perform services for us and may not use it for their own independent purposes.

4.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to:

Comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, or legal processes.

Respond to lawful requests from public or government authorities.

Protect the rights, property, or safety of VocaCare, our users, or others.

4.4 Business Transfers

Your health tracking data, conversational data, and generated reports are intended for:

Your own use as the VocaMember; and

Any VocaCircle members to whom you expressly grant access.

VocaCircle members’ access and notification preferences are controlled by you and can be adjusted or revoked through your account settings or other available tools. If a VocaCircle member opts out of receiving communications, their opt-out will be honored while your own access to your information remains active.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include, among other measures:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest.

Access controls and authentication measures.

Measures to detect and mitigate security incidents.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

7. Your Choices and Controls

You have several choices regarding how your information is used and shared:

Notification preferences.

You may select whether notifications are sent by text message, email, or both (where supported), and you may change these preferences at any time.

VocaCircle access.

You may add, remove, or modify VocaCircle members and adjust what data they can access and which notifications they receive.

Revoking permissions.

You may revoke permissions for emergency or well-being alerts and/or for VocaCircle access to your data through your account settings or similar controls.

Text message opt-out.

Text recipients may opt out of text notifications at any time by replying “STOP” or changing settings within their dashboard. Opting out of certain text messages may affect the functionality of specific notification features.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Provide and support the Services.

Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

The specific retention period may vary depending on the type of data and applicable legal requirements. If you request deletion of your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults (including older adults) and their designated VocaCircle members and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or legal guardian consent. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in violation of this policy, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International Use and U.S. Transfers

VocaCare is based in the United States, and our Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as by email or through the Services) if required by law or if we make material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
